2. Tell us about your plans
The more we know about your travel ideas, the better we’ll plan it for you. There are important things to consider when booking a trip to the Nordics:
Where to?
First things first. We offer trips to all of the Nordics but which country have you chosen to visit? Will you spend some time in Iceland’s hot springs and glaciers? Or Norway’s fjords? Do you prefer Finnish Lapland’s fields or Svalbard’s mountains?
How many days
Every trip is different. The duration of your trip will depend on the country you wish to visit and also on what activities you’d like to do and on what you’d like to visit.
With how many people
It is important to understand that some things are easier within a group. A 5-seat car will fit comfortably 4 people and their luggage. Two hotel rooms are the perfect fit for two couples. Snowmobiles are made for two. And so on. The more accurate is the description of your group, the more adjusted to your will this trip to the Nordics will be,
What are your ideal travel dates?
Are you flexible enough to let us recommend the best time for your travel? The Nordics are very different in the Summer and in the Winter season. Do you prefer the polar nights and the Northern Lights or the good weather of the endless Summer days?
3. Are there any fees?
For any tours and activities booked directly at our website we charge absolutely no fees. For bookings which are made directly at our website we offer full customer support via WhatsApp. All tours are listed at the best prices available. Always. Find them here:
In the case you ask us for a tailor-made itinerary, in order for us to start building your personalized itinerary we require the payment of a small service fee per each day of itinerary. This fee will be refunded back to you when you settle the total cost for the entire trip. This small fee consists of 35€ per each day of itinerary. We will then take a look at the flights, hotels, rental cars and activities as per your indications. This fee can be settled by bank transfer OR by online card payment (plus an additional 3% for online processing fees).
Please note: this initial processing fee is necessary for us to start the work of contacting hotels and tour operators, build the itinerary and make all the necessary reservations such as flights, transfers, rentals, hotels and tours on your behalf. When you settle the final payment for the whole trip, the initial fee amount will be refunded back to you in the form of a discount over the total price of the trip.
